Elizabeth LeBlanc, LMHC


Elizabeth LeBlanc is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and has several years of clinical experience providing individual, group, and family therapy. She has a great deal of experience working with children, adolescents, and young adults struggling with depression, anxiety, attention deficit/hyperactivity disorders, mood disorders, oppositional disorders, borderline personality disorder, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, and self-harming behaviors.  She utilizes evidence based treatment approaches including cognitive behavior training (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and dialectical behavioral therapy skills (DBT). 

Elizabeth’s practice is strengths-based and goal-oriented, while also allowing for the client to fully engage in a cathartic experience. She embraces an empathetic and compassionate approach in order to create a welcoming and warm environment, allowing clients to feel comfortable to discuss any issue.

Elizabeth graduated with a Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of New England in 2013 and a Masters in Counseling degree from William James College (formerly Massachusetts School of Professional Psychology) in 2015.
