Insurance

Each licensed Equilibria Mental Health therapist is credentialed with at least one of the health insurance plans listed below. To identify the specific plan(s) accepted by a particular therapist, please check the therapist’s profile. All therapists treat self-pay clients. Please note that insurance application can be done for individual therapy services but cannot be done for mental performance coaching services.

Out of Pocket Costs

Behavioral Health Services Fees:

Initial Evaluation Session (Required) - $ 175 per session (~60min duration)

Individual Psychotherapy Session - $ 150 per session (~60min duration)

Couples or Family Therapy Session - $150 per session (~60min duration)

Please Note:

Mental health therapists at Equilibria Mental Health (EMH) are not Licensed Alcohol and Drug Counselors.  Please let us know if you are struggling with a substance use disorder and/or you anticipate this to be the main focus of your mental health treatment. In either case, we would be happy to refer you to providers who have the appropriate expertise and licensure to provide the treatment you need. EMH is not a federally assisted substance use treatment program under 42 CFR Part 2, and records created by EMH therapists are not subject to these federal regulations.
