    Come to Equilibria!

Equilibria Mental Health is a mission-driven independently owned mental health practice founded in 2017. What is at the center of our mission? Our clients and our clinicians. We currently have three sites in southeastern Massachusetts with offices in Braintree, West Bridgewater, and Dedham. We have built an industry-leading team of 50 licensed clinicians (LICSWs, LCSWs, LMHCs) with a broad range of expertise that is committed to therapeutic excellence. We consistently strive to provide the highest quality of mental health therapy to children, adolescents, and adults. We serve clients of all ages, population groups, and communities in individual, family, and group settings. We are a community of passionate clinicians focused on positively impacting the lives of our clients. We utilize evidence-based treatment approaches and provide a comfortable, supportive environment to help clients reach their goals and create lasting change. Mentoring, teaching, and developing our employees is something that we take very seriously. Flexibility is paramount as well: in person, hybrid and fully remote roles are available. We are Equilibria! Come see what we're about!

In order to receive paid vacation time and company subsidized medical/dental insurance, clinicians must maintain an average caseload of at least 25 billable session hours. New clinicians will be fully integrated members of Equilibria ecosystem, attending regular staff meetings, collaborating with colleagues, and contributing to various company initiatives.
