Natalia Collins, LCSW


Natalia is a Licensed Certified Social Worker.  She is a bilingual/bicultural therapist. Her style is warm, non-judgmental, authentic, genuine, supportive and empowering.  Natalia’s therapy work is influenced by various creative arts that inspired and helped her along her own journey, thus she likes to offer a space for creativity in the process of exploration, understanding, and healing.  She has experience in working with adults, adolescences, children, and their families on a variety of different issues including anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, ADHD, anger management, and chronic illness.

Natalia tailors her approach by combining different tools and perspectives to best suit client’s particular needs. She draws from attachment theory, CBT, trauma informed approaches, Mindfulness-based stress reduction, Psychodynamic Psychotherapy, Motivational Interviewing, Play Therapy, and Creative Arts Therapy.

Natalia attended Mount Holyoke College in 2016 and majored in Psychology with a minor in Theatre Arts, BA.  She then attended Smith College School for Social Work where she received her MSW and graduated in 2019.
