Hi, I am Caroline! I am a trauma-informed therapist passionate about supporting children, adolescents, adults, and families through a wide range of challenges, including PTSD, complex PTSD, anxiety, depression, and major life transitions. While my clinical background began in community mental health working primarily with children under ten and their caregivers, I now work with individuals across the lifespan and have spent the past year supporting clients of all ages, with a particular focus on children, college-aged individuals, and adults navigating periods of change and growth.

My approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered, grounded in the belief that healing happens when people feel safe, understood, and empowered. I integrate attachment-based, person-centered, narrative, cognitive behavioral (CBT), play, and somatic approaches to support clients in building insight, resilience, and meaningful change. Much of my work focuses on nervous system regulation, helping clients better understand the connection between their emotional experiences, their bodies, and their relationships.

I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) therapy and am actively working toward EMDR certification. I incorporate EMDR and other nervous system-focused interventions to help clients process trauma, reduce distressing symptoms, and move toward a greater sense of safety and well-being.

I am passionate about creating a space where people feel seen, supported, and accepted. I practice with cultural humility and provide inclusive, affirming care that honors each person's unique identity, experiences, and strengths. I believe that healing is possible at any stage of life and feel privileged to walk alongside clients as they navigate their journeys.

Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time at the beach, reading, and practicing yoga.
