Devorah Kosowsky, LMHC
Devorah Kosowsky, LMHC, is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts with extensive experience helping adults and adolescence navigate mood and anxiety disorders, grief, trauma, relationship challenges, and other major life stressors. She works collaboratively with clients to build practical coping and communication skills, strengthen resilience, and foster a greater sense of empowerment and fulfillment.
Her work is grounded in a strengths-based, goal-oriented approach, with the belief that each person has an inherent capacity for healing and growth. Devorah draws from several evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), with an emphasis on values-based living, and solution-focused strategies.
Devorah received her master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Eastern Nazarene College and also holds a BS and MBA from Columbia University.
