Hannah Leffelholz, LICSW
Hannah Leffelholz, LICSW, is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker who takes a client-centered approach to therapy. Hannah graduated from Boston College with her Masters of Social Work and has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults in a variety of clinical settings including outpatient therapy, community-based mental health, and medical social work. Hannah draws from various therapeutic modalities, including CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapies, play/art therapy, and mindfulness. Hannah works with a broad spectrum of clinical presentations, with a particular emphasis on supporting clients experiencing eating disorders, depression, anxiety, self-harm behaviors, and major life transitions.
Hannah works with a wide range of clients seeking therapy to work on their self-identified goals. She is passionate about creating a safe therapeutic space, where clients feel empowered to hone in on their inner strength and resilience. Hannah believes therapy is a collaborative process, as clients are truly the experts of their own lives. Hannah takes a trauma-informed approach and guides clients to use their personal experiences to develop and use productive coping skills to tackle their unique life challenges.
