Julia Nathanson, EdM
Julia is a master’s level clinician who offers a warm, person-centered approach to therapy, creating a safe and welcoming space for clients of all ages. Whether working with children, teens, or adults, Julia believes that every individual brings unique strengths, experiences, and perspectives to the therapeutic process.
Julia specializes in helping clients navigate challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, stress, and relationship concerns. She integrates evidence-based techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy to support meaningful growth and lasting change.
Her approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and authenticity—ensuring that each client feels heard, respected, and empowered to explore new ways of thinking, feeling, and being.
Julia is currently accepting new clients for weekly outpatient therapy, available both virtually and in-person. She earned her bachelor’s degree in human development from Virginia Tech and her Master of Education in Counseling from Boston University.
