Madelyn Mallaghan, MS
Hi, I’m Madelyn! I’m a master’s level clinician with a warm, collaborative approach to therapy. I work closely with children, teens and adults navigating life transitions, stress, anxiety, depression, and interpersonal challenges. Whether you're adjusting to a new phase of life, managing work-life balance, or seeking greater emotional clarity, I’m here to help you feel grounded, empowered, and supported.
I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, attention difficulties, and adjustment concerns—including those related to family dynamics, career changes, and personal growth. My goal is to create a safe, affirming space where clients of all ages feel heard and respected.
My therapeutic style is client-centered and strength-based, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices. I tailor each session to meet you where you are, helping you build resilience, confidence, and practical skills for everyday life.
I earned both my Bachelor’s in Psychology and Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Merrimack College. My background includes in-home therapy and crisis work, which has shaped my trauma-informed, responsive approach. I’m deeply committed to fostering an inclusive environment where every individual—regardless of age or background—feels accepted and supported just as they are.
