Morgan Hodges, MA

Feeling anxious, disconnected, burnt out, unmotivated, or numb? I believe that good therapy doesn’t just end the struggle—it helps you create a life full of meaning, purpose, and enjoyment. I take a holistic approach to therapy that integrates an understanding of the connectedness of your physical, mental, and spiritual health, and emphasizes the priceless value of healthy relationships. Using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, I will work with you to feel more present and alive in your daily life, identify and live by your highest values, and build an emotional resilience that allows you to take the inevitable challenges of life in stride. Our sessions will put your goals first, and be a space where we can process your past experiences, practice vulnerability, and explore new perspectives.

I have experience working with a variety of issues and diagnoses, and I especially enjoy working with people struggling with social or generalized anxiety, depression, relationship issues, executive functioning difficulties/neurodivergence, personality disorders and attachment issues, and life transitions. I currently work with clients aged 13+, and am especially experienced working with college students and emerging adults.

I graduated with my Masters in Mental Health Counseling and Masters in Theology and Ministry from Boston College. I also hold a BS in Cognitive Science and Human Development and Psychological Services from Northwestern University. Outside of work, I enjoy playing music, fitness, crafting, and spending time outdoors. I look forward to working with you!
