Riley Pearse, MA

Welcome! My name is Riley, and I am a master’s-level clinician dedicated to creating a safe, compassionate, and collaborative space where you can feel heard, supported, and understood. Whether you’re navigating anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I believe therapy can be a place to foster growth, resilience, and meaningful change.

Through my work in a therapeutic school, I developed experience in trauma-informed care, creative interventions, collaboration across systems, and supporting children and families with diverse needs. I enjoy working with individuals of all ages, identities, and backgrounds, and I strive to create an affirming, culturally responsive environment where each person’s experiences and intersecting identities are respected. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and emotion regulation challenges, and I have experience providing neurodiversity-affirming care for ASD and ADHD clients.

My approach is strengths-based, person-centered, and trauma-informed. Because therapy is never one-size-fits-all, I tailor treatment to each individual’s goals by drawing from relational-cultural therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT)-informed interventions, and Internal Family Systems (IFS)-informed approaches. I value authenticity, curiosity, humor, and creativity, and I aim to make therapy feel approachable, collaborative, and empowering as we work together toward the life you want to build.
