Sascha Siegel, EdM
Sascha is a master's level clinician on the path to becoming a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). She holds a bachelor's degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from the University of Connecticut and a master's degree in counseling from Boston University.
Sascha brings clinical experience providing counseling to individuals navigating depression, anxiety, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorder. She also has experience working with both clients and their families. Sascha is committed to providing and creating an inclusive and affirming space where clients feel empowered to explore various challenges while respecting a client's personal experience. With a collaborative and strengths-based approach, Sascha helps clients set meaningful goals and develop lasting healthy coping skills. She provides guidance, encouragement, and tender challenging in her role as your clinician.
Sascha's therapeutic style is integrative, drawing from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Psychoanalysis, and more to tailor it to meet each client's individual needs.
In her free time, Sascha likes to listen to music and loves various crafting activities!
