Sascha Siegel, EdM
Hi, I’m Sascha — and I’m here to support you on your journey toward healing and growth.
I’m a master’s-level clinician with experience supporting teens and adults through a wide range of challenges. I have experience treating depression, anxiety, ADHD, ASD, trauma recovery, grief, self-esteem, burnout, stress, relationship concerns or life transitions. I offer a compassionate and inclusive space where you can feel seen, heard, and empowered.
My approach is collaborative and strengths based. Together, we’ll identify meaningful goals and build lasting coping strategies that work for you. I offer gentle guidance, encouragement, and thoughtful challenges to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.
I tailor therapy to your unique needs using an integrative style that draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), psychoanalytic principles, and more.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Human Development and Family Sciences from the University of Connecticut and a master’s degree in counseling from Boston University. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy music and all things crafting — creativity is a big part of how I recharge.
If you're ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
